I am starting out my year with the unforgettable words of (ahem!) Bon Jovi:
"It's my life, it's now or never, I ain't gonna live forever
I just want to live while I'm alive (It's my life)
My heart is like an open highway..."
Every year I make a long string of lame resolutions that typically include drivel such as: losing five pounds, exercising regularly, spending less money, being a kinder gentler person...you know the ones - you make them too! I generally break most of them.
This year all I wish for is: love, good fortune, abundance, health and happiness, and I want to dance like no one is watching. I raise my glass to you all, my friends.

Happy New Year Raina! After a while, making all those new year's resolutions gets old, and futile! I've heard from several sources of people deciding to pick a theme word, just one word, for 2009. I think it's a great idea....But I haven't decided on a word yet! Hope all your dreams come true!

great resolutions! I have just signed up for wardrobe refashion and pledged to make my own clothes for 2 months, so hopefully will be able to keep that resolution. Happy New Year!

I gave up on resolutions as well and now I just work on my ¨100 Things to Do¨ list all year, every year :)

I love your resolutions this year! They are great and make for a happy life. I guess we all feel compelled to make the ones we never seem to keep - maybe it makes us feel better somehow....but I love your new ones.
