There is a whole lot of pink going on here. Babe is gone climbing for the next week and a half and it's just me and Tencents here - so basically an all-girl household... even though one is a feline. My gorgeous pink day lilies finally started blooming and I decided to paint my toes a color to match. I am feeling lazy!!
I have to admit to you all that I am struggling a bit this summer getting my posts done. I am going to take some time away from my blog this August. When the sun is shining and my garden is calling me, I am not doing too much with my yarns and fabrics. Our summers are so short that I can't seem to commit myself to my projects. So for the next few weeks, or maybe most of August, I am officially on a blog holiday. I hope you all have a wonderful summer and I will be back in this space soon.

I've had an awful time blogging this summer. It seems to get worse as my boys get older and more outgoing, and as we tend to venture further and further from home than we used to. We're looking at the tail-end of summer here at our house, with the school session starting in just a wee bit and the return the daily grind on the horizon.
A week of girl stuff... sounds lovely. :)
