Do you sometimes think you are in a dream? Sometimes a fogginess descends on me and days meld into each other without purpose, they just kind of happen. This photo reminds me of that 'feeling'.

Yes! I definitely have foggy days which all merge into one and I wonder where the time went - especially when I haven't achieved all the items on my 'to do' list. Loving these polaroids!
