i've taken a little screen grab of that yummy recipe, it looks wonderful and taking the pots inside is an inspired idea.
At my Gym they play "peppy" music all the time, it is not really my taste but it certainly keeps me bouncing along with it, however i find it is stuck in my head all day, so i know what you mean!

I love hummus and I make mine pretty much the same as you do except I don't add any water - I use all olive oil. Yours sounds less fattening and I'll give a try as Steve does watch his weight.

I love hummus - I use a thing called tahini paste (sesame seed paste) in mine - I rinse off my chick peas but don't add any water to the hummus.
The spices are very similar- I love it on pita chips or red pepper crackers. There are lots of cool crackers available that are perfect for it too. The other thing that I really like is that it is a healthy snack too.

It sounds very easy, usually we buy it here, it is still rather new here. Also, they have just started to sell canned chickpeas here. Before that I had to soak it so I had to anticipate my taste for hummus a day ahead.
I am glad that you have relaxing days after a tough year (or half a year?)
