Brilliant improvement on your time Raina! My first half is at the end of August but my cold has really affected my training - fingers crossed I'll be better soon.

Impressed that you ran another half marathon and even more impressed that you shaved off 25 minutes from your time!! Congrats! How many more on the schedule for this year?

Trying to make my body move and get running again. No time the month I was gone so it's back to starting over (not completely but that's what it feels like!).

Nothing like a trip to the wool shop to perk you up. Hope you made it and got something yummy which helped make you feel a bit better. (I'm afraid my 'thank you' item hasn't left here yet. It's currently stuck in my crafty cupboard behind a barricade of junk which surfaced as we were emptying each room to re-decorate. It will make it's way to you eventually!)
